We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Marketing Executive to connect with prospective students, understand their study-abroad interests, and generate leads for our counselling team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain study-abroad programs and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls and follow-ups.
- Understand students’ requirements and provide basic information about overseas education opportunities.
- Schedule counselling appointments with Study Abroad Counsellors.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Update call details, lead status, and follow-up information in the CRM/database.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and positive attitude while speaking with students and parents.
- Basic knowledge or interest in Study Abroad / Overseas Education is an advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to work with targets and handle multiple follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
