Hiring: Tele Calling Head / Manager

CT Group of Institutions is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Tele Calling Head / Manager to lead our calling team, manage leads, drive conversions, and optimize telecalling operations.

Position: Tele Calling Head / Manager

Experience: 3–7 Years

Industry Preference: Education / EdTech / Admissions / Lead Generation

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, train, and motivate the telecalling team.
- Drive lead-to-counselling and counselling-to-admission conversions.
- Manage and monitor leads from platforms such as NPF (No Paper Forms), Shiksha, CollegeDunia, CollegeApply, and other lead-generation partners.
- Handle cloud-based and server-based calling systems, including IVR, call recording, routing, monitoring, and analytics.
- Monitor daily calls, connected calls, follow-ups, talk time, agent productivity, and conversion metrics.
- Manage CRM, lead allocation, disposition, follow-ups, and lead tracking.
- Regularly monitor recorded calls and provide feedback to improve calling quality and counselling effectiveness.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports.
- Coordinate with Admissions, Marketing, Counselling, Management, publishers, and technology/lead partners.




- Ensure effective utilization of leads and achievement of admission targets.

Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in telesales/telecalling team management.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Admissions, or Lead Generation will be preferred.
- Solid knowledge of NPF and lead-management ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and calling platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance-driven teams.
