About the Role

ISHM is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle student enquiries and support our admissions process. The role involves connecting with prospective students and parents, understanding their requirements and generating qualified leads for the counselling and admissions team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from assigned leads.
- Respond to incoming enquiries through phone and other communication channels.
- Explain ISHM programmes, eligibility, admission process and key benefits.
- Understand the student’s career interest and identify genuine prospects.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and lead status.
- Coordinate with Career Counsellors and Sales Executives for further conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Participate in admission campaigns,



events and promotional activities.

Requirements
- Graduate / Undergraduate with excellent communication skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, education or sales will be an advantage.
- Fluent communication in English and Hindi; Bengali is an advantage.
- Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with students and parents.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.
