- Customer Outreach: Pitch to existing and potential customers, explain our products/services and resolve queries effectively.
- Communication: Engage with existing customers to strengthen relationships and pitch services or updates; approach and onboard current vendors.
- Lead Management: Identify and qualify new leads for potential partnerships or sales.
- Follow-Ups: Maintain a systematic follow-up process on previous pitches, ensuring timely responses and nurturing partnerships.
- Maintain Records: Accurately log calls, pitches, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Feedback Gathering: Collect feedback from vendors and customers to improve services and strengthen partnerships.
- Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to align vendor and customer requirements with company offerings.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
