We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-oriented Telecaller to connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in driving business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our products and solutions.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and ensure timely updates.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth lead handling.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.




- Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with prospects.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp, and email.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in B2B sales, IT, SaaS, AI, EdTech, or technology sectors.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound leads.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
- Valuable negotiation and persuasion skills.
