Skills & Competencies 3-5 years of IT experience, including 2 years as a Product Analyst, Product Owner, or Business Analyst. Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog management, Jira, and requirements gathering. Ability to translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverable solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience identifying root causes through data analysis. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology teams. Exposure to AI-enabled product development, prototyping, or solution design is a plus.
