Role
Own visual execution across Effora's social media, website, landing pages, ads, marketplaces, campaigns and product launches.
This role is for someone who combines strong visual taste, UI/UX thinking and video execution and can translate brand ideas into high-quality consumer-facing output.
Responsibilities
Create static and motion creatives for social media, paid ads and campaigns Design and improve website pages, landing pages and e-commerce journeys Work on UI/UX, wireframes and conversion-focused layouts Edit Reels, short-form videos,



product videos and performance creatives Translate brand briefs into strong visual concepts and executions Maintain consistency across all customer-facing brand touchpoints Support packaging, launches, website and marketplace creatives Repurpose content across multiple formats and channels Use AI tools to improve ideation, design, editing and creative production KPIs

2–4 years in Visual Design, UI/UX and Video Editing Strong portfolio across static design, UI/UX and short-form video Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro / After Effects or equivalent Solid understanding of e-commerce UX and conversion-focused design Strong social-first and performance creative skills Excellent visual taste,
