Key Responsibilities
Assist existing and prospective customers in filling out application forms. Collect duly signed application forms and required documents, including KYC documents and cheques. Follow up with customers for pending signatures and additional documentation. Collect audit-related documents from both existing and prospective clients. Coordinate with branch/local office for operational and administrative tasks. Undertake field visits as required for document collection and customer support. Handle any other assignments or responsibilities assigned by the Branch Office (BO) / Local Office from time to time. Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or related fields (B. Com, M. Com, CS, CS (Inter), ICWAI, etc.) from a recognized university.
Basic knowledge of accounting and banking operations is mandatory. Basic computer proficiency is required. Minimum: 21 years old. Preference will be given to local candidates with proficiency in Hindi, English, and the local language (read, write, and speak). Must possess a valid driving license. Candidates should be willing and able to perform field work. Preferred Skills
