Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute innovative design concepts for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital ads, brochures, presentations, email templates, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and stakeholders to create compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Develop UI/UX prototypes and design user-friendly interfaces for websites, apps, and digital products, ensuring seamless user experiences across all platforms.
- Interact closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
- Design and manage marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality output across print and digital platforms.
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-impact visual designs.
- Work with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) to create well-designed presentations and marketing documentation.
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for web and mobile platforms.




- Stay updated on design trends and best practices in UI/UX to create designs that engage users and drive interaction.
- Work along with the project team to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and a high quality standard.

Key Skills Required:
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Experience in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns across print and digital media.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design, including wireframes, prototypes, and user journey mapping.
- Robust understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, for creating visually appealing presentations.
