Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Academic Counsellors / Telecalling Executives to connect with prospective students, provide course information and career guidance, generate leads, and convert inquiries into walk-ins and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain available courses and programs.
- Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service.
- Generate, manage, and follow up with leads through telephone calls.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/system.
- Convert inquiries into walk-ins, counselling sessions, and admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Understand student requirements and provide appropriate course information.
- Handle queries professionally and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Follow up with interested candidates until the admission process is completed.

Eligibility

Education:

- Graduate candidates preferred.
- Undergraduates can apply.




- Minimum 12th Pass with result in hand.

Experience:

- 1–8 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, Academic Counselling, Ed-Tech Sales, or Customer Service.
- Relevant sales/telecalling experience preferred.

Age: 18–32 years Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Outbound calling and tele-sales experience.
- Lead generation and follow-up skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Working Days & Timings
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Sunday – Fixed Weekly Off
- No Travel Required

Salary & Incentives
- ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand per month
- Performance-based incentives as applicable.
