Position: Telecaller & Order Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers and dealers for order collection and follow-up.
- Receive, verify and process customer orders.
- Maintain daily order and customer records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch and Accounts teams.
- Follow up on pending orders and payments.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper information.
- Maintain good communication and customer relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly order and calling targets.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
