Qualification:

- Plus Two or above

Experience:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Key Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to confidently interact with customers over the phone

- Good convincing and follow-up skills

- Basic computer knowledge

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve assigned targets

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Responsibilities:

- Contact customers and prospects through phone calls

- Explain company products and services

- Generate leads and schedule customer meetings when required

- Follow up with existing and potential customers

- Maintain call records and update customer information
