Tele-Caller Immediate Joiner

Location: Noida

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tele-Caller who can effectively communicate with stakeholders in Local languages and support data tracking and reporting requirements. The role involves telephonic outreach, data entry, and basic

MIS/dashboard support.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound and inbound calls to beneficiaries/customers/stakeholders
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English, Hindi which is must.
- Prefer Marathi, Gujrati, Kannada, Tamil, Telgu
- Capture accurate call information, feedback, and responses
- Maintain and update databases, trackers, and call logs




- Support MIS reporting and basic dashboard updates (as required)
- Coordinate with internal teams for insights and follow-ups
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiencyin English & Hindi (spoken; reading/writing is a plus)
- Basic to good working knowledge of computer systems
- Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Comfort with Excel-based MIS, trackers, and dashboards (basic formulas preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust attention to detail

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
