Telecaller – Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Explain products/services clearly and answer customer queries.

- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

- Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

- Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.

- Meet daily/weekly calling and follow-up

Requirements

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi/Punjabi/English.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Freshers can apply;

experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
