Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, introduce our digital marketing services, and generate qualified leads and meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients from provided leads/database.
- Introduce AdMediaX and explain our digital marketing services.
- Understand prospects' business needs and identify potential opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales team.

Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of sales and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
