BRIGHT Computer Education is a leading IT education and AI technology institute in Vadodara, offering career-oriented training programs in Data Analytics, AI & Gen AI, Programming, Accounting, SAP, CAD Designing, and Professional Skill Development Courses.

We are looking for a Telecaller Executive who can connect with students, understand their career requirements, provide course information, and support the admission counselling process.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to student enquiries and leads.
- Follow up with interested students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain course details, benefits, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses.
- Schedule counselling appointments and campus visits.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students.
- Update lead details and calling status in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.
- Maintain daily calling reports and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the counselling team for admission conversion.
- Build a positive relationship with students and parents.

Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Gujarati,



Hindi, and English.
- Confident speaking and convincing ability.
- Positive listening skills and student handling ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Internet, WhatsApp).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple follow-ups effectively.

Candidate Profile
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in telecalling, education counselling, sales, or customer support will be preferred.
- Candidates who enjoy interacting with students and helping them choose career courses are preferred.

Monday to Saturday
