Job Title: Telecaller Executive – Car Rental

Location: Delhi

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls & WhatsApp inquiries for self-drive car rental bookings

- Explain rental plans, pricing, and vehicle availability to customers

- Follow up on leads from Instagram, website & referrals to convert into bookings

- Coordinate with operations team for vehicle handover/return scheduling

- Maintain call/lead records in Excel or CRM

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and rescheduling requests professionally

Requirements:

- 0–2 years experience (telecalling/BPO/travel/real estate preferred)

- Fluent Hindi, working English

- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, basic Excel

- Polite, persuasive communication; target-driven minds

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
