/n /n Job responsibilities /n /n

- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Citrix CVAD components including Delivery Controllers, VDAs, StoreFront, Studio, and Director.

/n

- Perform application publishing, VDA registration checks, and basic image updates.

/n

- Manage user sessions, profile issues (Citrix UPM, FSLogix), and login performance

/n

- Perform basic NetScaler Gateway and load balancing configuration checks.

/n

- Monitor health status, SSL certificate expiry, and HA pair status.

/n

- Escalate major NetScaler configuration changes or advanced troubleshooting to L3.

/n

- Manage user accounts, security groups, and permissions in Active Directory.

/n

- Troubleshoot Group Policy (GPO) application issues.

/n

- Perform DNS record checks and updates; coordinate DHCP reservations as required.

/n

- Proactively monitor system health and performance using Citrix Director and other tools.

/n

- Handle incidents, service requests, and changes per ITIL process guidelines.

/n

- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the knowledge base.

/n

- Work closely with L3 engineers for escalated cases.

/n

- Coordinate with networking, storage, and security teams for issue resolution.

/n





- Support planned maintenance activities, patching, and system updates.

/n /n Required Skills /n /n

- Working knowledge of Citrix Studio, Director, StoreFront, and NetScaler ADC.

/n

- Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019), Active Directory, Group Policies, and DNS.

/n

- Familiarity with PVS/MCS, FSLogix, and Citrix UPM.

/n

- Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancing).

/n

- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field.

/n

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
