We are looking for a skilled and responsible EV Scooter Technician to diagnose, service, repair, and maintain electric scooters. The technician will ensure vehicles are repaired safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electric scooters and their electrical/mechanical systems.
- Perform regular servicing, maintenance, and preventive checks.
- Inspect and troubleshoot batteries, motors, controllers, chargers, wiring, and electrical components.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify electrical and electronic faults.
- Repair or replace faulty components as required.
- Check brakes, suspension, tyres, lights, wiring, and other mechanical components.
- Perform battery health and charging-system checks.
- Complete service and repair work within the required turnaround time.
- Maintain accurate job cards and service records.
- Conduct quality checks and road tests before vehicle delivery.
- Follow all workshop safety procedures while handling EV batteries and electrical systems.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor regarding vehicle status and repair requirements.
