Key Responsibilities

Product Definition &

- Requirements:

•

Define product vision, requirements, use cases, features, and expected deliverables.

•

Translate customer/business needs into clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.

•

Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and timelines.

•

Work closely with engineering, AI/ML, robotics, and software teams to convert product requirements into executable plans.

•

Define success criteria and KPIs for products and releases.

Customer &

- Sales Interface:

•

Act as the primary product interface between customers, sales, business teams, and engineering.

•

Participate in customer discussions to understand pain points, requirements, use cases, and product opportunities.

•

Support sales and business development teams with product positioning, technical discussions, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.

•

Convert customer feedback into actionable product improvements and roadmap priorities.

•

Conduct product demonstrations and communicate product capabilities to customers and leadership.

•

Agile / Scrum &

- PI Planning:

•

Drive product planning in an Agile/Scrum workplace.

•

Participate in and lead PI (Program Increment) Planning, defining priorities, objectives, features, and release commitments.

•

Maintain and prioritize product backlog in collaboration with engineering teams.

•

Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and ensure alignment with product objectives.

•

Track progress against PI objectives, milestones, and commitments.

Release &

- Delivery Management:

•

Own the product release lifecycle, from requirement definition through validation, demonstration, and delivery.

•

Act as Release Manager, coordinating engineering, QA, integration, customer readiness, and release milestones.





•

Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, scope changes, and escalations.

•

Ensure releases meet agreed product requirements, quality expectations, and customer commitments.

•

Product Demonstrations &

- Stakeholder Communication:

•

Own and coordinate product demos, customer demonstrations, executive reviews, and technology showcases.

•

Define demo objectives, scenarios, success criteria, and required deliverables.

•

Create and present project/product dashboards covering schedule, milestones, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and overall project health.

•

Provide regular status updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

Required Skills

•

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, requirements engineering, roadmap planning, and prioritization.

•

Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and PI Planning.

•

Proven experience working directly with customers and sales/business development teams.

•

Experience managing product releases and cross-functional delivery.

•

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

•

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

•

Experience creating and presenting executive/project dashboards.

•

Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.

•

Ability to work effectively with technical teams and understand complex engineering concepts.

Required Qualifications

•

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field

•

10–15 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Program Management, or a closely related role.

•

Experience managing technology products, preferably AI/ML, robotics, autonomous systems, automotive, industrial automation, or other advanced engineering products.

•

Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
