- Fit and install genuine Tata Motors accessories on passenger and commercial vehicles as per prescribed fitment procedures.
- Perform installation of interior and exterior accessories such as seat covers, floor mats, mud flaps, door visors, reverse cameras, parking sensors, lighting and infotainment accessories.
- Carry out basic automotive electrical wiring, connections, routing and functional testing.
- Follow Tata Motors’ standard operating procedures, technical instructions and safety guidelines.
- Inspect completed fitment for proper alignment, finish, operation and quality.
- Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and rectifying fitment and electrical issues.
- Support Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and ensure customer-requested accessories are correctly installed before vehicle delivery.
- Maintain tools, equipment and workshop cleanliness.
- Record work performed in job cards/workshop documentation.
- Learn Tata vehicle models, accessory specifications, fitment methods and basic troubleshooting under supervision.
