- Perform field service calls to diagnose and repair electronic equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers, PCBs, motherboards, and other components.
- Conduct site visit and fault-finding exercises to identify issues with customers' devices and provide effective solutions.
- Provide technical support to customers by explaining product features, troubleshooting problems, and offering maintenance tips.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or related field service industry.
- Robust knowledge of electronics, electrical, and hardware & networking.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
