We are looking for experienced Technical Writers to manage end-to-end documentation lifecycles, provide feedback, and create content for both general end-users and technical support teams. The role also includes supporting an ongoing content platform migration.
Key Responsibilities
Write and update knowledge base articles for varied audiences, including end-users and technical teams.
Follow SOPs and style guides to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support content audits during content platform migration.
Collaborate with SMEs and technical leads for content validation.
Manage end-to-end documentation lifecycles.
Create technical and end-user documentation based on business requirements.
Provide feedback and support continuous improvement of documentation.
Support technical support teams through clear and accurate documentation.
