Job Summary:

- Develop and maintain explicit, concise, and user-friendly documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. • Understand business scenarios, identify target users and their use cases • Deliver user manuals, training guides and materials, release notes, implementation guide, service guide, product specifications, quick references, workflows, mobile documents, and such. • Take ownership of end-to-end release of technical documents and entire translation workflows • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and understand complex information. • Revise and update existing documents based on product updates and stakeholder feedback. • Create as well as update technical content for multiple life science and pharmaceutical instruments • Analyze impacts,



do estimations, and maintain project plans • Manage ad hoc deliverable requests • Apply Microsoft Manual of Style writing standards • Perform quality checks and ensure expected quality metrics • Provide necessary updates and reports to stakeholders and management

Essential Skillset:

- Min 5 years experience as a technical writer with a sense of quality
- Intermediate level skillset with [Adobe FrameMaker, InDesign, and MS-Office]
- Familiar in topic-based writing and DITA
- Delivered PDF, online help, context-sensitive help, and such for computers and hand-held devices
- Created/updated various types of user documents for software as well as hardware products
- Adhering to template, language, and process standards
- Learn the products, tools, and processes quickly
- Highly organized with attention to details
- Collaborate well with e-Learning, graphics, and such associated teams
- Strong business communication skills and be a team player
- Flexible and proactive, with the ability to work in an environment of constant change
- Expertise in Document Development Life Cycle models
- Experienced in using Content Management Systems
- Familiar with Product Life Cycle management tools such as Arena, JIRA, and such
- Expertise in the art of prioritizing and time management.
