We are looking for a Technical Trainer who can teach and mentor learners across multiple technology areas.

What You Will TeachDepending on your strengths, you may work across areas such as:

- SQL and Database Fundamentals
- MySQL / PostgreSQL / relational databases
- Data Analysis and Data Analytics
- Python for Data and Automation
- Data Engineering fundamentals
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals
- Generative AI and AI tools
- APIs and basic application integration
- Cloud fundamentals
- Git / GitHub
- Excel and data handling
- Basic programming and problem solving
- Technology projects and industry use cases

You are not expected to be an expert in every technology from Day 1. We are looking for someone with strong fundamentals, curiosity and the ability to continuously learn and teach new subjects. What You Will Do

- Conduct classroom-based technical sessions for students and recent graduates.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple, practical and engaging manner.
- Create hands-on exercises, assignments, labs and mini-projects.
- Help learners solve SQL, Python, database, data and AI problems.
- Design assessments, quizzes and practical evaluations.




- Review assignments and provide individual feedback.
- Mentor students while they build portfolio projects.
- Conduct mock technical interviews and problem-solving sessions.
- Help learners understand how technology is actually used inside companies.
- Continuously research emerging technologies and incorporate relevant topics into the curriculum.
- Work with the SkillsNCR team to improve course content, assessments and learning outcomes.

Who Should ApplyYou may be a good fit if you:
- Have completed BCA, MCA, B.Tech, BE or a similar technical degree.
- Have strong fundamentals in programming, SQL, databases or data technologies.
- Enjoy explaining concepts to other people.
- Are comfortable learning current technologies quickly.
- Can communicate clearly in English and Hindi.
- Are comfortable conducting live classroom sessions.
- Believe practical learning is more valuable than simply completing presentations or theory.
- Can work independently in a startup workplace.

ExperienceFreshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in software development, data analytics, databases, AI, training, teaching or related technology roles may apply.

Previous teaching experience is helpful but not mandatory.

- Projects you have built
- GitHub work
- Certifications




- SQL/Python skills
- Data or AI projects
- Technical presentations
- Evidence that you can explain a topic clearly

than simply a long list of certificates. What Matters MostWe are looking for someone who can do three things well:

Learn → Build → Teach

If you can understand technology, build something with it and then explain it clearly to another person, we would like to speak with you.

This Role Is NOT For You If

- You only want to read from PowerPoint presentations.
- You are uncomfortable writing code or solving problems live.
- You are interested only in theoretical teaching.
- You do not enjoy interacting with students.
- You are looking primarily for a remote teaching position.
