nRole Overview:
nAG Elevators is looking for experienced and result-oriented Business Development Managers with a strong background in the elevator industry.
nThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in elevator sales, lead conversion, customer handling, site visits, relationship building, and business development. This is a field-oriented role requiring strong communication, negotiation, and market-development skills.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Generate and develop new business opportunities for elevator solutions.n
- Handle enquiries and convert qualified prospects into customers.n
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations, and product discussions.n




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions.n
- Prepare and present quotations and commercial proposals.n
- Follow up consistently with prospects until closure.n
- Build robust relationships with homeowners, builders, developers, architects, contractors, and consultants.n
- Develop business within the assigned territory.n
- Maintain regular sales follow-ups and update lead status accurately.n
- Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and project teams during the sales process.n
- Track competitor activity, market opportunities, and customer requirements.n
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.n
- Represent AG Elevators professionally in all customer and partner interactions.n

nMandatory Requirements:

- n
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Elevator / Lift Sales.n
- Mechanical Engineering background is mandatory.n
- Strong knowledge of the elevator
