Job Summary
We are hiring Technical Support Executives for the Adobe Process. The role involves providing technical assistance to customers using Adobe products and resolving issues related to installation, configuration, performance, and usage.
The candidate must have solid troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates / Undergraduates
- 1–5 years of experience in Technical Support / IT Helpdesk
- Good understanding of software troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills
