Mapping tool
- Partner onboarding : Configure new trading partners, including setting up required EDI profiles and connectivity.
- New maps : Design and implement new EDI maps based on partner specs.
- Map modifications : Adjust existing maps to accommodate changes in partner specs or internal data requirements.
- Map failures : Diagnose and resolve mapping errors, transformation issues, or data mismatches.
- Job scheduling : Set up and manage scheduled jobs for EDI processing (e.g., transmission, translation, archival).
- Resend data : Resend data for failed messages.

SAP
- IDoc flow knowledge : Understand end-to-end IDoc lifecycle (creation, transmission, processing).
- Reprocess IDocs : Use SAP transaction codes, or manually edit and reprocess failed IDocs.
- IDoc creation : Trigger IDocs using standard output types; familiarity with SAP standard transactions
- Output types : Configure and troubleshoot output types for triggering EDI.
- EDI table entries :



Work with SAP EDI tables (new entries and troubleshooting).
- EDI-specific customer master data fields : Maintain WE20 partner profiles, and maintain EDI customer master data fields.
- SAP job management : Understand and maintain SAP background jobs.
- New implementations: make the needed tests in the SAP system to set up a recent EDI partner or make changes for existing EDI setups.

AS2

- Install and configure AS2 adapters or middleware.
- Manage certificates for encryption/signing.
- Monitor transmission logs for acknowledgments (MDN).

SFTP
- Understand secure credentials and host keys.
- Schedule and monitor automated file transfers via scripts or middleware.
- Implement error handling for file delivery issues.
