Required Skills & Qualifications

- Robust understanding of networking and web technologies such as HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, and general networking concepts
- Ability to analyze alerts, prioritize tasks, and escalate appropriately using predefined workflows
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely
- Demonstrated attention to detail, process discipline, and reliability
- Ability to work collaboratively in a 24×7 operations environment

Education & Experience

- Acceptable qualifications include BCA, MCA, BTech/BE, BSc-IT, MSc-IT, or equivalent IT-related education or certifications
- Prior experience in customer support, monitoring, NOCC, or a similar operations role is beneficial but not mandatory
- Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

- The role may be performed remotely from home, from a single fixed location
