Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (L1) to provide day-to-day IT support, manage IT assets and infrastructure, coordinate with vendors, and monitor connectivity and SCADA systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, operating systems, software, email accounts and printers.
- Provide support for domain passwords, Wi-Fi/mobile connectivity, printing and basic user issues.
- Coordinate with the Spain team for new employee profiles, email accounts and connectivity.
- Maintain IT asset records, serial numbers, user details, warranty and AMC information.
- Track user and server backups and maintain required documentation for audits.
- Monitor Wi-Fi bandwidth, authorized devices and ISP connectivity; coordinate site visits for internet-related issues.
- Manage IT procurement quotations for laptops, printers, switches and other requirements.
- Monitor Canon/HP printers, toner requirements and service complaints.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for AMC renewals, service calls, bills and new requirements.




- Manage IT asset disposal through authorized e-waste vendors and maintain disposal certificates.
- Manage access cards, door access and employee access details.
- Add new employees to the cloud attendance application and coordinate with vendors for technical issues and modifications.
- Monitor SCADA systems, computers and connectivity across Bangalore and substations.
- Monitor wind farm desktop connectivity with Spain and cross-check reporting data from all four substations.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation and reports as required.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, software installation and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi, printers, email configuration and basic networking.
- Good knowledge of IT asset management and documentation.
- Basic troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience can apply.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
