- Principal Tasks:
- 1. Preparation of Qualification Documents like IQ, OQ, PQ and Summary report.
- Execution of Qualification Activities.
- Preparation and Execution of Process Validation Protocol and Report.
- Handling of Market complaint.
- Preparation and execution of Hold time validation Protocol and Report.
- In process checking of all manufacturing and packing activities.
- Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and execution of qualification protocols and report.
- Execution of qualification activities.
- Preparation and execution of process validation protocol and report.
- Maintaining of all quality documents.
- Implementation and monitoring of all cGMP activities in manufacturing area.
- In process checking of manufacturing and packing.
- In process sampling at different stages of manufacturing and packing.
- Reviewing of batch manufacturing record after completion of processing.
- Giving line clearance for all activities at shop floor.
- Any other Job as and when assigned by Head QA.
