About The Job:
We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in international chat and email support We are looking for candidates with The ideal candidate should have robust written communication skills and be comfortable working in US and rotational shifts.
Essential Job Functions:
Handle customer queries through international chat and email support. Provide accurate, professional, and timely responses to customers. Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality. Follow company processes, communication guidelines, and quality standards. Meet defined productivity, quality,
and turnaround-time targets. Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions. Be flexible to work in US shifts, rotational shifts, and weekly off rotations. Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in international chat and email support. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good typing speed and proficiency in English. Comfortable working in US / rotational shifts. UG candidates are also eligible. Candidates should be customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
