We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead day-to-day delivery across one or more engineering pods. This is an execution-first role focused on sprint health, team coordination, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have a sufficient technical background to understand sprint boards, lead stand-ups, and evaluate estimates. Solid communication skills are essential to effectively connect with clients, account leads, engineers, and BAs.

Key Responsibilities

- Sprint Management: Own sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; track commitments, surface blockers early, and maintain a clean backlog with the BA and tech lead.
- Delivery Coordination: Coordinate work across engineers, QA, BAs, and external dependencies; manage task assignments and priority shifts within the sprint.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare clear sprint status updates for internal delivery heads and clients,



translating technical progress into business language and proactive risk identification.
- Risk and Issue Tracking: Maintain an active risk and issue log, resolve blockers within your pod, and escalate larger issues with appropriate context and proposed solutions.
- Technical Liaison: Partner with tech leads to understand dependencies, estimate accuracy, and release readiness.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track sprint velocity, bug rates, release frequency, and scope changes to produce concise delivery dashboards.
- Scope and Change Management: Document scope changes and assess their impact on timelines and budgets.
- Onboarding and Team Continuity: Support onboarding for new pod members and maintain runbooks, sprint artifacts, and process documentation.
- Client Coordination: Manage daily client touchpoints, clarify requirements, confirm acceptance criteria, and schedule demos with minimal supervision.
