About the Role :

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end cross-functional engineering delivery backed by a solid technical foundation. You will coordinate engineering teams, unblock technical dependencies, and enforce rigorous delivery governance. By combining prior hands-on engineering experience (in Java or React Native) with structured project management rigor, you will bridge communication between product vision, technical architecture, QA, and release management.

The "Knockout Criteria" (Non-Negotiables) :

- Experience Profile: 5 - 6 years of total experience with at least 5+ years dedicated strictly to Technical Project Management.
- Technical Foundation: Prior hands-on development experience in Java or React Native is expected to effectively coordinate software architects and engineering teams.
- Technical Literacy: Working knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL, Cloud fundamentals (AWS), Git, CI/CD pipelines, and the complete SDLC.
- Project Management Methodologies: Advanced mastery of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Sprint Planning, Capacity Planning, Resource Allocation, Risk Management, Dependency Tracking, RAID Logs, and Release Planning.
- Tooling: Advanced command of Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project (preferred), and Excel.
- Domain Preference:



Prior experience in the Healthcare domain, AWS environments, and compliance-driven product delivery is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive end-to-end execution of engineering sprints across backend, frontend, mobile, and AI pods.
- Facilitate Scrum and Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Translate technical roadmaps into granular work breakdown structures (WBS), tracking velocity, burndown, and release schedules.
- Maintain active RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), proactively resolving bottlenecks before they impact release dates.
- Manage capacity and resource allocation across pods to optimize engineering bandwidth and balance workloads.
- Coordinate release management across DevOps, QA, Product, and Security teams to ensure predictable deployments.
- Deliver structured status reports, delivery dashboards, and milestone metrics to executive leadership.
- Enforce delivery governance, change management protocols, and quality assurance checkpoints.
- Ensure engineering workflows adhere to healthcare-grade security, data protection, and compliance standards.
