Technical Project ManagerJob Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with development, QA, DevOps, product, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and deliver software projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA engineers, DevOps, and stakeholders.
- Define project requirements, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Break projects into tasks and assign responsibilities to team members.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers.
- Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Communicate project status, progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Manage technical dependencies and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with developers to understand technical challenges and requirements.
- Ensure projects follow development, testing, security, and deployment processes.
- Manage scope changes and prioritize tasks based on business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve development and project delivery processes.
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, reports, and technical specifications.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).




- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good understanding of web applications, APIs, databases, cloud, and software architecture.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
- Robust communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, and resource management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Good to Have
- Technical background in JavaScript, Node.js, React, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows.
- Experience managing API integrations, AI projects, or cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with Git and software release management.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification.

Experience 1–7 years of experience in technical project management, software development, or a related field, with experience managing software development teams.

Pay: ₹242,289.93 - ₹1,052,263.23 per year
