Position Title: Technical Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead diverse technology projects across Web Applications, SAP Implementations, and AI/ML-based Solutions.

The ideal candidate blends technical acumen, project delivery expertise, and Agile leadership to drive successful outcomes across cross-functional teams. This role demands hands-on involvement in both technical execution and process facilitation, ensuring seamless collaboration, transparency, and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Delivery Management

- Plan, execute, and deliver multiple technical projects end-to-end using Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes aligned with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery standards.
- Track, report, and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

Scrum Master Responsibilities

- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile mindset, self-organization, and iterative development.
- Remove impediments and barriers to team progress, ensuring smooth sprint execution.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor team performance and velocity, driving continuous improvement through feedback and metrics.
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration,



and accountability across development teams.

Technical Leadership

- Collaborate closely with engineering, SAP, and data science teams to define technical architecture and solution design.
- Support development, integration, and deployment of applications or models with adherence to SDLC standards.
- Bridge the gap between business and technical teams to ensure clarity in requirements and feasibility in implementation.
- Oversee code reviews, testing phases, and deployment readiness checks.
- Encourage use of best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.

Stakeholder & Team Management

- Act as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, and leadership.
- Communicate progress, risks, and deliverables effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams.
- Manage resource planning and team capacity across multiple projects.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on Agile delivery, technical quality, and collaboration.

Process & Governance

- Define and implement project governance frameworks, Agile metrics, and quality standards.
- Conduct retrospectives and implement actionable improvements in processes and communication.
- Manage vendor or third-party coordination for specific project components when applicable.
- Support change management and ensure compliance with organizational and client standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of total experience in software or technology delivery, with at least 3–5 years in Project and Scrum Master roles.
- Proven record managing end-to-end technical projects across any of the below:Web Application Development (Full-stack, APIs, Cloud, Microservices)
- SAP Implementations or Integrations (ECC, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, BTP, CAPM, etc.)
- AI/ML Projects (Model lifecycle, data pipelines, analytics platforms, or automation solutions)

Technical Skills & Tools:

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Asana.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of Web technologies (React, Node.js, .NET, Python), SAP ecosystems, or AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
