Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Engineering Manager with strong expertise in .NET Core, SQL, cloud technologies, software architecture, and Agile methodologies .

The role involves providing technical leadership across product engineering initiatives, guiding development teams, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring the delivery of scalable and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage technical product engineering initiatives from requirements through delivery.
- Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and ensure adherence to software development best practices .
- Design and develop scalable applications using .NET Core and SQL .
- Work with JSON, XML, and REST web services for application and system integrations.
- Design and implement solutions using Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) .
- Work with messaging systems such as Azure Service Bus (ASB), RabbitMQ, or similar technologies .
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and delivery priorities.
- Drive Agile development practices, including SCRUM ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives .
- Manage development activities, timelines, dependencies, and technical deliverables.
- Use Azure DevOps,



Jira, or similar tools for project tracking, collaboration, and delivery management.
- Identify technical risks and challenges and work with teams to develop effective solutions.
- Ensure applications meet requirements for scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance .

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, product engineering, or application development .
- Solid hands-on experience with .NET Core and SQL .
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of JSON, XML, and REST web services .
- Experience with messaging systems such as Azure Service Bus (ASB), RabbitMQ, or similar platforms .
- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture .
- Knowledge of Event-Driven Design and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) .
- Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management and development tools .
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SCRUM .
- Good knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles .
- Strong technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant technical certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Experience leading product engineering or software development teams .
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale applications .
- Exposure to Azure cloud technologies and cloud-native architectures .
- Experience working with distributed/global engineering teams .
- Experience in technical planning, architecture discussions, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong understanding of scalable, event-driven, and microservices-based systems .
