Role Overview

We are building a next-generation integration platform designed to enable seamless connectivity across enterprise systems and services. As a Technical Product Owner (TPO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping this platforms roadmap, driving adoption across teams, and ensuring technical excellence. This role is deeply technical and focused on collaboration with engineering teams, architects, and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Platform Ownership

- Define and maintain a technically detailed product backlog for the integration platform.

- Ensure backlog items include transparent technical acceptance criteria and align with architectural standards.

- Technical Alignment

- Work closely with solution architects and engineering leads to validate design choices and ensure scalability, security, and performance.

- Influence decisions on APIs, integrations, and system dependencies with a strong understanding of technical constraints.

- Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as the primary liaison for technical stakeholders across multiple teams.





- Promote the integration platform internally by showcasing capabilities and gathering feedback.

- Understand diverse integration use cases and translate them into actionable requirements.

- Delivery & Execution

- Support sprint planning, technical grooming sessions, and remove blockers related to dependencies.

- Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of platform features.

- Documentation & Standards

- Maintain technical documentation for platform features, integrations, and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, scalability, and performance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong understanding of SDLC, API design, system integration, and modern architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven systems).

- Ability to interpret technical specifications and communicate effectively with engineers.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.

- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills in a technical context.
