Job Title: Technical Manager – Endpoint, Cybersecurity & Networking

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead and manage technical team across Endpoint Technology, Cybersecurity, and Networking . The role will involve technical leadership, infrastructure and security management, team management, project delivery, incident and escalation management, resource planning, and continuous improvement of IT security and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical operations across Endpoint, Cybersecurity, and Networking environments.
- Provide technical leadership and escalation support for complex infrastructure and security issues.
- Manage and optimize endpoint security and management platforms.
- Oversee implementation and administration of Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), antivirus, endpoint protection, patch management, device management, and application control solutions.
- Manage cybersecurity technologies including Firewalls, DLP, NAC, Zscaler, SIEM, vulnerability management, and network security solutions .
- Oversee network infrastructure including routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, and network monitoring .
- Review and improve security policies, configurations, access controls, and network architecture.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of critical endpoint, security, and network incidents .
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents and implement preventive measures.




- Perform security and infrastructure gap analysis and recommend remediation plans.
- Plan and execute technology upgrades, migrations, deployments, and security improvement projects.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and TAC teams for complex technical issues.
- Manage technical escalations and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Prepare and review SOPs, technical documentation, RCA reports, implementation plans, and network/security diagrams .
- Ensure adherence to security standards, IT policies, change-management processes, and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and operational improvement .

Team & Resource Management

- Manage and mentor a team of technical engineers across Endpoint, Cybersecurity, and Networking.
- Perform resource planning and workload allocation based on operational and project requirements.
- Identify technical skill gaps and develop appropriate training and development plans .
- Conduct knowledge-sharing and technical training sessions.
- Participate in performance reviews, quarterly reviews, and technical evaluations .
- Support recruitment and onboarding of technical resources.
- Define technical responsibilities, KPIs, and performance expectations for team members.
- Build technical competency within the team through continuous learning and certification programs.
