Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead/Architect to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications leveraging Python, FastAPI, Generative AI frameworks, and cloud-native solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on coding expertise with leadership in architecture, DevOps automation, and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership: Lead end-to-end solution design, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across distributed systems.
- Python & FastAPI Development: Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems with clean, maintainable code.
- Generative AI Integration: Design and deploy GenAI-driven applications, integrating LLMs and agentic AI workflows into enterprise solutions.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Own AWS architecture decisions (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, EKS), ensuring cost optimization and reliability.
- Terraform Automation: Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for repeatable, secure, and scalable deployments.
- Team Mentorship:



Guide engineers through technical challenges, code reviews, and best practices.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Profile Description: Required Skills & Experience

- Strong expertise in Python and FastAPI for backend/API development.
- Proven experience with Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG pipelines).
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, EKS, CloudFormation).
- Advanced proficiency in Terraform for IaC and cloud automation.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API security, and scalable system design.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring tools.
- Robust problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
