We're looking for a Technical Lead who is excited to build from the ground up-someone who combines deep technical skills with product mindset, leadership qualities, and the ability to work directly with clients.

As a Technical Lead / Founding Engineer, you will own the end-to-end technical execution of projects-from client discussions to product delivery.

You will work across our core tech stack (Node.js / Python / Java) and interface with no-code/low-code platforms where needed to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Requirements Gathering :

- Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs, define technical requirements, and translate them into actionable plans.
- Technical Leadership & Execution.
- Architect scalable, maintainable systems aligned with business goals.
- Lead by example through hands-on development.

Project Management
- Define project timelines, create detailed work plans, assign tasks, and ensure deliverables are met on time.

Development & Integration :
- Write clean, scalable code in Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Where applicable, leverage no-code/low-code platforms to prototype or deliver MVPs faster

Documentation
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation including design specs,



system architecture, and implementation guides.

Code Reviews & Best Practices :
- Promote engineering excellence through thorough code reviews, adherence to best practices, and knowledge sharing.

Tech Debt Management :
- Identify and manage technical debt proactively while balancing short-term delivery goals and long-term architecture health.

Research & Innovation :
- Explore emerging technologies, conduct feasibility studies, and build PoCs to support product innovation and rapid iteration.

Requirements :
- Bachelors or Master degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Proficiency in Node.js or Python, or Java.
- Experience integrating or working alongside no-code/low-code platforms (e., Bubble, Webflow, flutter flow.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Proven success in client-facing roles and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in early-stage or startup environments is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile practices, and scalable system design.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
