Job Description1. Role Overview
nWe're looking for a Senior Workday Integration Engineer to join our WorkdayIntegration team. This team builds and manages our HR systems, ensuring they scale with Databricks growth. You'll develop and maintain integrations that connect Workday to dozens of internal and external systems. Your work will support our People, FP&A; and Payroll teams, helping streamline operations and improve the employee experience.
n2. Duties
nThe impact you will have:

- Design, build, and maintain scalable Workday transformations using Workday Studio, Extend, Core Connectors, and EIB, including the creation of custom applications to enhance user experiencen
- Serve as a subject matter expert on integration architecture, development patterns, and best practices across the Workday ecosystemn
- Lead technical planning, development, deployment, unit testing, and support of new and existing integrationsn
- Configure and optimize PECI integrations, including custom fields, mapping logic, and file formats, while resolving payroll-related data issuesn




- Investigate integration failures, perform root cause analysis, and communicate findings to business and technical stakeholdersn
- Collaborate with internal teams (People, Payroll, IT, InfoSec) and third-party vendors to define integration requirements and ensure security and compliancen
- Maintain explicit, up-to-date documentation, including version control, test plans, and CI/CD processesn
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our Workday strategyn

- 7+ years of experience in software or integration engineering, including deep Workday expertisen
- Experience with at least one full Workday implementationn
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, Extend, EIB, Core/Cloud Connectors, PECI, and Workday Web Servicesn
- Solid skills in XML, XSLT, JavaScript, SOAP/REST APIs, SQL, and data transformationn
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects a
