Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO)



is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Dehradun, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of Heritage Aviation Pvt Ltd. The role includes directing financial planning and budgeting, managing cash flow, and ensuring accurate, timely preparation of financial statements and reports. The CFO will design and implement financial controls, monitor compliance with regulatory and aviation industry requirements, and guide risk management activities.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing financial performance, advising the leadership team on strategic investments and cost optimization, and supporting long-term business planning and capital-raising initiatives. The CFO will lead and develop the finance team, collaborate closely with operations and commercial departments, and provide clear insights to support sustainable growth and profitability.
