We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and work across a diverse range of brands and projects.
The role will primarily involve handling day-to-day social media design requirements, while also contributing to larger branding, campaign, digital and marketing projects as they come in.
We're looking for someone who has a strong eye for design, understands how brands communicate visually, and can take a brief from an initial idea to a polished final execution.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple projects at once, taking feedback positively, and bringing your own creative thinking to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media & Digital Design
- Create engaging and visually compelling designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Develop static posts, carousels, stories, ad creatives, campaign creatives and other social media assets.
- Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into solid visual concepts.
- Maintain visual consistency across different brands and campaigns.
- Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms and placements.
- Work closely with the content and social media teams to understand the communication objective behind every creative.
2. Branding & Visual Identity
- Work on branding projects including logos, brand identities, colour palettes, typography and visual systems.
- Develop brand collaterals such as business cards, stationery, brochures, presentations, marketing material, etc.
- Create brand guidelines and ensure consistency across different brand touchpoints.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on a client's brand positioning.
- Adapt existing brand identities into new campaigns and communication formats.
