? Role Overview
We are looking for a senior, business-driven Head of Digital (VP, Growth & Performance) to own client retention and revenue growth across GrowthJockey's full Digital portfolio. This is a leadership role reporting to Ashutosh / the Board, responsible for balancing portfolio growth with service quality, resolving conflicts between the Strategy layer (Thinking Partners) and Delivery layer (Functional Heads), and owning hiring, promotion, and capacity decisions across both layers.
The ideal candidate has led large, multi-account digital portfolios, is comfortable arbitrating between strategy and delivery teams, and can scale client capacity without letting quality slip.
? Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Ownership
Own overall client retention and revenue growth across the full Digital portfolio — tracked through portfolio-wide client retention rate (quarterly) and revenue growth QoQ / YoY across managed accounts
Develop growth roadmaps and capacity plans for the portfolio
Identify opportunities to expand account value and portfolio revenue
Capacity & Quality Balance
Add client capacity without letting service quality drop
Set and monitor quality standards across accounts as the portfolio scales
Cross-Layer Arbitration
Arbitrate cross-layer conflicts between the Strategy layer (Thinking Partners) and Delivery layer (Functional Heads) — measured through escala
