? What You'll Be Responsible For
• Lead interior design projects from concept development to execution documentation
• Develop innovative concepts, layouts and space-planning solutions
• Create detailed 3D models, renders and visualizations
• Prepare accurate Working Drawings & GFC (Valuable for Construction) Drawings
• Develop mood boards, material palettes and design presentations
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and project teams
• Conduct site visits and resolve design-related execution challenges
• Prepare BOQs,
material specifications and project documentation
• Ensure design quality, functionality, accuracy and adherence to timelines
