KaayLabs is looking for a hands-on Technical Lead Full Stack & AI with 8–10 years of experience in building modern web applications and leading technical delivery.

The ideal candidate must be strong in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, MongoDB, and MySQL, with hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, and similar AI technologies to enhance software development and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead hands-on development using React.js, Node.js, TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and database solutions using MongoDB and MySQL.
- Translate client requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Contribute to technical architecture, solution design, scalability, security, and performance discussions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and problem-solving support to the development team.




- Work directly with clients and communicate technical solutions, risks, and recommendations effectively.
- Leverage AI tools across development, debugging, testing, documentation, and delivery.

Must Have

- 8–10 years of strong software development experience.
- Hands-on expertise in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, MongoDB and MySQL.
- Strong practical experience with AI-assisted development tools – Claude, Lovable, or equivalent.
- Understanding of basic Technical Architecture concepts.
- Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid problem-solving, ownership, mentoring, and engineering mindset.
