Job Summary

Scrum Master (IT Product Owner and Scrum Master combined):

The Team Leader serves as a combined IT Product Owner and Scrum Master, providing leadership to the delivery team to ensure aligned, predictable execution of business priorities. This role manages day-to-day work intake and sprint planning, facilitates Agile ceremonies, represents the team in PI events, and maintains backlog health in ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.

The Team

Leader also leads incident resolution, Lead SWAT major incident, stakeholder communications, removes delivery impediments, provides delivery metrics, and promotes continuous improvement in alignment with Agile practices and enterprise governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsibilities: i nclude, but not limited to:
- Responsible as combined operational IT product owner and scrum master to delivery team.
- Lead major incident resolution and stake holder communication
- Lead overall delivery team execution.
- Prioritized work intake to team aligning with business product management team (EPIC) direction.
- Facilitate the ceremonies related to Delivery Team during PI (Program Increment), e.g., capacity forecast, Team Breakout, Report out, etc.




- Work with Business Product Owner (EPIC) and Delivery team to plan the work for the sprint.
- Remove impediment that (Product Owner and Scrum Master combined)
- might impact Team’s deliverables within the sprint.
- Maintain healthy status of Service Now tickets and backlog on the ADO boards, including keeping the items in the correct order as prioritized by PO.
- Promote continuous improvement of practices and deliverables.
- Represent the team in PI Planning event.
- Provide metrics aligning with RTE and PDSS direction, to sustain Team’s deliverables and predictability.

- Skill Requirements:

- Experienced in Scrum and Agile Practices
- Knowledge in Salesforce is desirable.
- Leadership at Team level
- Ability to facilitate problem solving.
- Team oriented with robust interpersonal skills.

- Ability to quickly learn both buyer’s technical, business processes and functional processes
