Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Techno-Functional Consultant with 9+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing and Customer Service solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of functional business process knowledge and technical expertise to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Sales and Customer Service processes.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service applications.
- Design and implement solutions usingMicrosoft Dynamics 365
- Develop and customize plugins, workflows, JavaScript, business rules, custom APIs, and PCF controls.
- Integrate D365 with external applications using REST APIs, Azure Services, Logic Apps or middleware.
- Perform data migration using Data Import Wizard, SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
- Participate in solution design, technical architecture, code reviews and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants and cross-functional teams during all project phases.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing and production deployments.

- Experience in multi-country/global CRM implementations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 9+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation experience.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications are highly preferred.

Good to Have

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
- Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
- Exposure to DevOps, ALM, and release management practices.
