We are hiring Technical Lead(Architect) for a US Insurtech MNC, that has just set up its "Innovation CoE" (GCC) in Pune. They have been at the forefront of transforming the insurance industry with powerful, cloud-based technology.

While the designation is Technical Lead, the role is effectively that of a Technical Architect, with end-to-end ownership of architecture, scalable system design, and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable full-stack applications using .NET Core, OIDC, OAuth2.
- Drive the implementation of cloud-native solutions on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with business goals.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and engineering processes.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Own and resolve complex technical challenges across the application stack and infrastructure.
- Guide the team in adopting modern architectures such as microservices and serverless.




- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 11+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- .NET Core
- OIDC & OAuth 2.0
- Deep understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, and IAM.
- Solid proven expertise in RESTful API design and integration.

- Experience with

- CI/CD pipelines

- Containerization (Docker)

- Version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with serverless architecture & microservices design.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform).
- Working knowledge of modern AI concepts, or prompt engineering is an added advantage.
